1st time credit card
1 week agoIt’s my first credit card, they only gave me a limit of $300. Which was kind of a slap in the face. But having this card has thought me the consequences of using your card. My credit sucks because of credit utilization. They only want you to use 10% or less on your card limit. So $300 dollars would mean I can only use $30 dollars to keep in good standing with the credit bureau. Crazy if you ask me. But oh well. We live and learn.

2 weeks agoWas my first card ever and was grateful to have it and it helped raise my credit score but I lost my job and got behind and they did such a great job working with me I strongly recommend Capital One!

3 weeks agoThey cancelled my card for no reasons I was making my payments and they just one day closed it so I refused to pay it after that people in customer service I have found with my past credit cards get a attitude and just cancel your cards and expect you to still pay them no
My oldest open credit card accout
3 weeks agoI’ve had the capitol one card nearly 8 years ago. When I stared to fix my credit I have 17 cards now. All of them started around te same limit. However capitol one is the only company that won’t increase my limit because “I don’t use it enough” well I would if you were like all my other cards that have given me a higher limit when I ask. So cards I opened two years ago, I have $12000 limits, all while capital one rejects it every time. It’s ridiculous to me

1 month agoCapital one has given me a chance to rebuild my credit starting last yr .I've now obtained four Cards wth them &it's allowing me to get closer to my goals &self sufficiency.Thanks Capital One .
Activation Denied
1 month agoI received the card but they are making it impossible for me to activate my card. The same documentation supplied to apply is the same as when ones sent in for activation and they will not take it. I can't even use the card. Capital One customer service sucks because you can not understand their broken English.
