Credit Increases
3 weeks agoI have been a card holder for over 7 years. I’m still at my initial card limit of $400. I have over $20000 in credit card limits. I’ve never missed a payment. Their reason for denial of limit increase: too few payments and no higher limit cards. I have several cards that continually increase my limit. It’s a shame that this card sits idle because one charge brings my score down because of high card utilization.

3 months agoI believe this is a good card to have. It helped me build up my credit, was paying it off on time til I lost my job. But it did help a lot.

4 months agoI love my Capital One Credit Card, I just got my card last dec ..I had to pay a $100 secured deposit so started with $200 limit within 4 months my credit was increased to $500 credit limit!!!

6 months agoHaving so so credit capital one gave me a chance with a $300 limit was perfect for helping me build credit since then I also now have a second card capital one union great to have for backup thank you capital one
Not understanding
1 year agoPaid the bill off still on credit report I block my card from other business and that's how I lost a great card thought I paid the balance off I'm so frustrated I can't find another card like that it was a life saver and it gives anyone a chance

1 year ago"I was excited to get this card simply for the name recognition. This was my very first credit card since my credit score was a 432 when I first started this journey. However, I now have a 620-625, depending on the source. I also have been approved to numerous cards and have a 3500 limit on one and $1000 limits on 3 others. Yet, I’ve had a $200 limit the whole time with this card. Not recommended, unless you’re desperate!!"
