6 months ago"Their telephone numbers are always busy, they charged me twice for late payment fees even that I have an automatic payment every month, they charge you for everything, this card is the worst, there are better credit cards. "

6 months agogot the card 300 limit tried to make my payment on their site wouldn't take it called customer service closed the card out and paid the balance off in full over the phone for a 300 limit not worth the trouble

6 months agoAfter reading a lot of reviews, it seems people like me who have a score of less 600 need a reality check. With low scores you need help moving them up, this is simply a leg up. Deal with the fees and the outragous interest rates, this is a small line of credit to guide you. Pay what you must and follow the rules wisely and it WILL help your score ! There aren't a whole lot of options out there !

8 months ago"I don’t know what the negative reviews are all about but to each their own and not every review is an honest review, I always say get the card experience it for yourself if you do not like the card, stopped charging, stop using it eventually they’ll close it out. It’s better for them to close out the card with a zero balance than it would be for you to cancel the card as it will hinder your credit, good luck everyone."

8 months ago"line of credit, I’ve had the card for a year now it is 2023 and my credit limit is now 400. \nAfter having this card for about a year, paying the bill faithfully by the due date in full, they invited me to apply for the visa total visa select card. Which I’ve had for a little over six months now, and I continue to pay the card as promised just like the original Total Card. My credit score went from a 582 a healthy 670 in TransUnion 675 Experian and 700 Equifax this card got me there."
