Don't bother

This company had no means to make an electronic payment so I had my bank initiate the payments through bill pay. A day before a holiday I initiated a payment -- money immediately left my account. First progress held the payment and on the 6th day, posted it to my account along with a $41 late fee. Horrible people. Horrible customer service. Card was good but this was unacceptable. I canceled the card immediately. If you're going to report me as having a late payment - what's the point!

Payments are only 2 ways 1) bill pay through your bank or 2) mail in check .. both are slow to process, potentially making you a late payment. Also any correspondence must be done through snail mail. There is no other way to contact customer service

Worst EVER

If trying to rebuild your credit, move on. This company is a joke. The only way you can pay your bill is through bank transfer (which for some reason takes 14 days with this company) or be a dinosaur and mail a check. It’s incredibly inconvenient. No pay by phone option or online pay through their website. Waste of time. Had it for two months and realized this was a company out to charge a bunch of late fees because it’s impossible to get it to them on time! Had to cancel. DID NOT HELP MY SCORE!

I got this card because my Credit score was low. After a year of having this card I applied for my first major credit card and was approved. This card is a good Starter a card.
