Bad with Fraud
4 months agoCareful with this card! I reported Fraud on my CC line: found an outside bank account- bank X- I do not bank or never did with bank X. I reported to Cap One CC, they blocked my credit card. No one followed up for weeks. When I called them back to know status they told me I needed a bank statement from the bank X to reopen account. the process made no sense nor I was able to solve the issue nor they were helping me. Weeks later, I decided to close this card after 15yrs with them. Bad fraud dept
Great Card, Limit High Post BK
1 year ago"I was told I had very good chances of being approved per CS. CL as high as $7000. I was unsure about applying. Tried and was instantly approved for 5k. This was great since I am only three years into BK. No immediate credit limit increase after 6 months like other Cap 1 cards, but love the limit and the company. Great for building\/rebuilding credit!\n\nHas helped increase my credit score. I pay it off each month to avoid crazy interest rate. Have two other Cap 1 cards and really like all. "

1 year agoI use this card for everything. Use my miles to fly across the country and for other trips. Customer service is phenomenal. Have had my identity stolen and capital one helped me through every step fixing the error. I will be upgrading to the Venture X very soon
